JDM engine swap and wire harness

Running the wire harness to the engine and I am not quite sure how to route the primary loom. The JDM harness was routed up under the manifold. Now the US harness is coming from the opposite side of the engine bay. Does it still come up from behind and go under the manifold or does it come around the side. I am pretty sure it goes up under the manifold to keep it away from the turbo, but I am not certain. Thanks and any pictures or links would be great to see how it comes up around the engine.

I assume you mean the emissions (EM) harness. I plugs into the injectors, etc..., then runs underneath all of the solenoids on the rack. From there, it turns towards the passenger-side and goes over the front iron. It comes up from behind the alternator & attaches to a bracket on the thermostat cover / filler neck. It crosses the gap to the passenger shock tower, then runs back to the firewall. You can see the last part in this pic:

That looks really good. So it looks like it stays on the side of the car until it goes over and under the manifold right in front of the intercooler. Right?

Yes, it does. It hugs the shock tower and makes its way over to the opening in the corner of the firewall.

I am currently haveing the same issue of the wiring harness but i am not really sure that i have everything plugged into the right spots. There are two t plugs that could connect to the back of the alternator so i dont know which one to plug in.:dunno:
