Jap spec T2 intercooler install, what to do with the 2 vac. hoses???

Going to install my T2 intercooler on my 87 Turbo and I need to know what to do with the 2 vac lines from the back left side of the stock cooler, jap spec doesnt have these. Come on guys, I know you all know your stuff help me out fellas..... Thanks!!!!!!!!!
