intermittent wiper/logicon problems

Well, we had some rain here the other day, and I noticed that my logicon wasn't working, and neither were my wipers. After sitting there a little while, wondering what to do, the logicon came back on and the wipers started running. The problem didn't return until I stalled it at a light because I was trying to avoid spinning my tires, and the same thing happened. No logicon, and no wipers. I pulled off to the side of the road and sat there for about 10 minutes with the engine off. Then I thought it might just come back on like it did the last time, and it did. Anyone have any idea as to what is causing this? Last I checked, the only thing the logicon and the wipers had in common was the CPU, but nothing else was affected by this. All the lights still worked and it seemed to drive ok (I didn't drive far in the rain with no wipers).

sounds like you have a problem with the fuse box or loose connections from the ignition switch ignition 2

All the fuses sit tight in their holders, but I have no idea about the harnesses leading to the box itself. As for the ignition switch ignition 2, how would I check that? Do I have to take off the steering wheel for that?

The exact same thing started happening to my car this week. It's been raining here too, go figure.:)
