Does no one else have a 2004 GReddy catalog???

24V/24R - 280mm x 600mm x 76mm, 2 row
That's approximate 11" x 24" x 3".

32R - 258mm x 600mm x 115mm, 3 row
That's approximate 10" x 24" x 4.5".

DUDE... its freakin HUGE.... you have to cut all sorts of stuff.... AND... when its mounted, it sits right to the front of the bottom lip on the bumper and rests on top of it...... if you HIT a SPEED bump,, or a big friggin dip... SMASH... Plus... it sits RIGHT in the opening.. great for air... BAD for rocks... REAL hard to put a screen in front of it as close as it sits to the front...

I'm having one made that will fit between the frame rails and mount about 4 inches back from the bumper lip...

Core dimensions are 20X8X3 with 3 inch end tanks and the tanks exit/enter in the rear. Tubes will rise up and go through the sheet metal on each side of the radiator in about the same place as the vent for the battery is.

That way.. its back from the front enough that i can mount some mesh across the air dam to keep rocks from hitting it and i don't even have to remove the bumper... BUT.. you can still see it for bling bling and showing off on the circuit!!!

A/C is gone though... and Battery is in the back..

I'm NOT a big fan of cutting body parts and bumber re-enficements to stick an intercooler in.. and I just HATE the idea of having 1000 bucks worth of intercooler hanging out right in the front of my car for some jackass to come by and kick in or a bad road to take out, especially in PA!!!!

How far back can it be mounted? What is required to do this? Move the radiator back a few inches?

I'd say it looks bad ass

i have a big ebay-special mounted using the 1300cc.com method. it's 3" thick, everything should fit well.

fc313bt88 Mar 17, 2004 09:34 AM

that sounds like my plans for now

I just didn't want to hack the hell out of my car, since I wouldn't know what i was doing :D so i ended up just hacking my radiator mounts and making new brackets, heh.
