intake manifolds

i searched and searched and found nothing. I'm building a t2 right now and i was curious to know what the best intake manifold or comanation for it would be? t2 s4, t2 s5, or the fd. what kind of modifying would i have to do to make them work.

Just use whatever came on the engine (as in use the proper series for the car).

is this the best floing design? if not what is i dont mind doing the work to make it fit or port matching i have all the tools available to me. so if your here to bash my tread or don't have anything "nice or knowlegable" then don't bother replying

there are no meaningful gains to be had by swapping any of the Turbo 13b manifolds. Swapping to an FD UIM (which requires the S5 LIM and a custom spacer, and portmatching) produced somewhere in the neighborhood of 3-4 hp on a 385 hp motor. You'd be better of spending the money on CF mirrors, or the time, improving your driving technique.

go to tweakit.net, they sell aftermarket manifolds.

You can always port it to match the gasket. That is what i did on my n/a.
