injectors low and hi and resistors??

i was told that all injectors 850cc and higher are all low impedance.now if i run 1000cc injectors for top end will i need resistors for them ?

in other words- i dont know if i can runn the stock hi impedance 550cc primary injectors and 1000cc low impedance secondarys injectors on a microtech lt12s with out resistors?

will the 1000cc injector fit in the stock turbo fc fuel rail???
or is the rail too small for 1000cc??

First of all, this first sentence is not true.
There are shops that "bore out" small capacity fuel injectors to allow them to flow more.
There are also some fuel injectors from Japan that are 1000cc/min that are high impedence.

It's a simple matter of measuring the resistance of the fuel injector and then adding resistors to allow them to be used safely with your stock ECU.

so i dont need a resistor if i am runing EMS

or should i get all hi imp injectors?

What EMS?
If it's a Haltech, the Haltech can accomodate almost anything out there.

The Power FC *CANNOT* - it needs all high impedence fuel injectors, or you need to fool it into thinking you're running them.
