injector question

My injectors read 195500 1370, so i know there s4 t2 obviously. But the color could be considered faded tan, faded pink, or faded purple, so i look on the FAQ like a good kid before posting questions. I cant figure out what "low square center" or "high square offset" means... thinking it has to do with the notches on the injector clip plugs but not sure. Of course i cant upload a pic from my phone, either. If they are high impedience, as long as the harness matches, do i have to run that resistor box or leave it off?

it does refer to the notch in the plug. take your multimeter and see if they are high imp or low. if they are low, you will need the resistor box.

And if they arent low, i just unplug that box and call it a day?

NOPE.
if they are HI then you must by pass the resistor pack.

This is for LO Impedance setup with resistor pack CHANGING To HI Imp injectors with Resistor Pack BYPASSED:

Take the Lo impedance injectors out and replace with the HI impedance injectors.
Disconnect the Resistor pack off the Engine harness.
Cut the Connector off the pack off.Leave enough wire so that you can Crimp ALL WIRES TOGETHER.Or solder..(all 5).
when have done that Cover, tape,do what you gotta do..so no bare wires are exposed.
Take that "terminated 5 wire Pigtail" and plug it back into the ENGINE HARNESS on the car.
You Are Done.
...
You now have the Ecu seeing HI impedance injectors.NO resistor pack.

NOTE: there are more threads on this subject, and I posted in a few of them so if you use my name and Resistor pack you should find similar info.

A weird thing for me was that I had 4 s4 turbo injectors.
2 purple top and 2 tan tops.
So obviously 2 high IMP and 2 low, but I multi-metered them and all 4 were low impedance.
I even compared them to s5 injectors I had to be sure I was measuring right.

?Confusing?

age does wonderful things with those injector colors.,,just when ya think...
I go by the Part number on the side of the injector, and if I can't see that Number,it doesn't get installed.

2 Attachment(s)
True, but both s4 turbo injectors have the same part number and the difference is just the color.

From the FAQ: Attachment 483174

My injectors: Attachment 483175

They read 4 ohms after a second or two of random numbers, weird?

Does anyone know where to buy new replacement injector clips? Ive seen it posted before with a part number and everything but i cannot find it now.

Nevermind i found them, ev1 style right? And the polarity of the injector doesnt matter? Or is that not true?

Any takers?

it does not matter.

Did you solder the wires or use heat shrink butt connectors?
