If you were going to buy your dream wheel what would it be?
 

I am looking into buying new wheels for the FC and wanted to get everyones opinion. At the moment I am pretty sure I will be going with the Volk Racing Gram Lights 57PRO in a 17x9 for the rear and a 17x7 for the front. I am wondering if anyone else knows of any really hot wheels out there that im not aware of. Name you dream wheel. I dont want to spend more than like $500-$600 per wheel so keep it under that.

Well, I have SSR Type-C on my 89 GXL, but my dream wheels was the FIKSE FM-5 which is popular with the Porsche 911 crowd and is on some FDs. You also can't go wrong (looks or quality wise) with a Kinesis wheel which is again popular which the Porsche guys. But, the FIKSE and Kinesis wheels are no where near as light as the best Japanese wheels.

My favorite wheels would have to be the Team Dynamics Rim 2000 powdercoated white. Classic 5 spoke rims, I love them! Too bad they're heavy as hell though. :(

Racing Hart CP-035 - I think the 17's only weigh in at like 10lbs or so........ but they are EXPENSIVE! Let me say that again, EXPENSIVE!

For affordable rims I really like the Heidfields.

If I were going form over function, Panasport 16's.

They're so ugly, it's great.

I want some mesh wheels like i have on my rs4.
who makes some good mesh wheels? i need some like 17x9 and 17x8 or 16's.

The greatest wheels ever are the Mazdaspeed MS-01's or a variation thereof.

Personally I think the greatest wheels ever and the ones that I wish I could afford are the RE Amemiya AW7's in bronze with a polished lip. Here is a pic of the silver version.:drool:
