It idles normally now!!

So, I guess adjusting the throttle cable can drastically change your idle if it's too tight. I really just never got around to fixing it, but I adjusted the throttle cable, and did the TPS adjustment for the heck of it, back to within spec and all is well.

My idle still sucks, but at least I solved my "running hot" issue.
