Idle hot star problem still

Ok here is the list of everything I have replaced on the car so far...All 4 injectors, grommets top and bottom for injectors, fuel pressure regulator, alt, battery, all engine and ECU grounds, all vaccume hoses,Lim and uim gaskets, plugs, wires, fuel filter, fuel pump, boost sensor hose and orfice in hose, tested CAS within specs, tested all vac solenoids, tested intake temp sensor in dynamic chamber within specs.....My problems are the car will die if you leave it idling for too long...like it's running too rich, like there is still a vaccume leak? Also the car will not start when hot...What would a bad check valve in the are of the gas tank do? ould it cause vapor locking of the fuel when hot? what abought the EGR as far as testing it? could the EGR let un metered air into the system?

Well, if you are worried about any emissions system interfering with regular engine operation, you can just disconnect it (and cap whatever needs to be capped) and see if it solves the problem. that's the way to troubleshoot.

For info on evap and crankcase stuff (it's pretty simple how it works):

About the EGR valve, you need to check if the diaphragm can hold a vacuum. If it does not, replace or block it.
