I need a new clutch, but...

I cant decide what to get. I am thinking about taking my car down to the local clutch place and just getting them to install one of their clutches with a lifetime warranty, quoted me $350. or I could buy a ACT clutch kit for around the same price, but then I need it installed (I dont know the price on that yet).

so I am wondering what I should do

Lifetime warranty on a clutch? They must rape you on labor charges, then. It's going to be expensive no matter what, so you might as well get a good clutch ;)

the $350 includes labor, and I dont think many people take them up on the non-transferable "lifetime" warranty. most people dont keep their cars long enough to need to replace one clutch.

If you are a performance guy, you will want to go ACT. Even if you have to replace it, you will never EVER regret your decision.
