I hate to ask another TII swap question, but searching didn't help.

I typed in "TII swap cost" in the search box, well I got lots of info on TII swaps for the GSL-SE, but none for N/A FC's. My question is this, about how much does it cost in the end for the engine, trans, and LSD swapped into an FC with supporting mods? I'm talking S5 to S5 here and using the stock turbo with the only mods being FMIC, exhaust, and whatever engine management I'll need for it to work. Thanks alot guys, and I'm truly sorry if I'm beating a dead horse with this.

Try using the advanced search and selecting *2nd generation* only. It should narrow it down.

I have no idea on cost, sorry man. Its going to be probably $2K I would just guess.

cool another guy named Lucas ;) but yeah unless you get a parts car it's probally going to be in the neighborhood of 2k

Really? Engine AND drivetrain? Wow! I had no idea it'd be so low. I was expecting something in the neighborhood of $3500-$5000. Oh, your name is Lucas too onePOINTthree? Thats cool!

I think its gonna more liek 3.5K, cause when i was researching the same thing...thats the price i came up with... Good Luck either way.

All the required swap parts are around $2k. This includes engine, transmission, ect.... but then you also got to look at all the other 'goodies'. Downpipe and presilencer, FMIC, fuel pump, upgraded radiator, ect raises the price up even more

If you're doing your own work and starting off with a used engine, then it can be done for 2k or less. IF you're paying for installation, or if you're starting with a fresh engine, then the cost will be closer to $3k-5k.

Sometimes you may be able to find you a TII parts car for very cheap. I found one for $700, and plus I get a 5-lug conversion and some various other goodies. I'm unsure what I want to do with it atm.
