Huge pics of my GTUs and SMP(fc3s.org) gauge pod (56k, no-no)

Alright, finally got my digi-cam, and the fc3s carbon fiber gauge pod! Must say I'm damn happy with it, except for the fact that it cuts off so sharply with the rest of the dash, makes me want a complete CF dash so it matches. Anyway, here it is.

With a Greddy EGT, and a cheap oil pressure gauge to fill it's spot (someone stole my other greddy temp gauge)

I got bored, so I added DTRL's

More to come tonight after I wash it, and some night time pics of the DTRL's.

Haha, I don't have anything to resize them on this laptop, so, sorry about that. I'll have some better pictures later tonight after I get it all washed. I'm also fixing up my damn window trim.

I really like the CF gauge pod, it's a bit odd at first when looking at it, but it gets to be normal after a few drives. I've got mine held in place with double sided tape, thought it pretty much fits tight right out of the box. I used hole saws (hole cutting drill bits) to cut out the gauge holes and it worked really well. It kind of sticks up a little on the left side, which I need to work on getting it flush. Also it looks like it has some very fine cracks along the front rim, but they're hardly noticable. I'm definatly happy with it!

Gague pod looks sweet, but the stickers on the car do make it look a bit riceish, loose the falken sticker and you'll be better off

Eh.. I like the A-pillar gauges better. That just kinda looks like a big CF blob . Nice GTUs though.

Looking good. Do you get glare on your gauges during the day like I do? The sharp cutoff of the CF to the dash still bugs me a little but all in all well worth it. I like the effect of the Cf reflecting on the windshield at night, makes it look like your windshield is spiderwebbing haha.

Yes i get quite a bit of glare. Yeah, the falken stickers don't look very good. If I knew an easy way of getting them off, I would. The eibach/etc by the fenders don't look too bad. At least everything that is stickered is actually on the car.

I see what you are saying about having a complete CF dash so it matches. Looks good though.

Sorry to revive this thread, but I've got some more goodies for the car that I can't wait to put on which include:

Walbro 255 fuel pump
720 primaries
1000cc secondaries
s-afcII (black)
greddy v-spec fmic
greddy boost gauge
corksport type II bumper/skirts
clutchnet 6puck sprung w/heavy duty pressure plate (should be good to 500ft-lb's of torque)

Pics will be coming soon, just have a 900 mile drive ahead of me first...
