HP Estimate??

I'm gonna do some dyno runs once the snow melts and it ain't cold no more and was just wondering what to expect. I'm not looking for exact answers or anything I am just curious to see lol here's as many as my mod's and such as i can remember (That have to do with Power):

1987 Turbo II 30000k on rebuilt engine
-VERY Aggressive street port
-T3/T4 Hybrid Turbo Set At 18 PSI
-Walbro 255
-2 Extra 1600 Injectors Added With Controller
-ARC TMIC (Prob FMIC by dyno time)
-CAI Located to coolest spot I could find lol
-Stock ECU Chipped
-3" DP and 3" ALL the way back to the muffler no cats etc
-Ported Wastegate
-Custom Exhaust Manifold
-Boost Gauge, wideband, boost controller, etc

I reach the full 18 psi at around 4300 Rpm. Any responses would be GREATLY appreciated :D thanks!!!!!!! Oh and if I forgot to mention something just ask I'll remember at somepoint lol.

This.

Scrap that AIC and get proper injectors and a proper ecu (rtek, haltech, microtech, megasquirt). The stock ecu does not have the proper timing maps for that much boost ESPECIALLY with a tmic.

I see people say T3/T4 turbo all the time. What the hell kind of turbo is this. Last I checked T3 and T4 were exhaust housing sizes.

Edit: Apparently T3/T4 is some sort of hybrid of a t3 exhaust with a t4 compressor. But that still gives no idea as to what the compressor and exhaust A/Rs are

~150 stock
"street port": +50 or so
Exhaust: +50
18psi w/ a great FMIC: x (18 + 15) / (6 + 15) max
390 wHP max. 345 with a lousy intercooler. I'll guess 370. EDIT: Hmm, I used higher stock numbers for an s5, but the same 6 psi for stock boost and got the same answer as 14 psi on an s5. Maybe the stock HP is actually higher? The street port gives more HP?

But yeah what solareon said. Get enough fuel and get it conservatively tuned. Screw up and it go boom. And am I an ignorant NA guy to think 18 psi is a lot?

need more info on the hybrid.
its its something like a 60-1 compressor, with a stage 3 turbine or p-trim then you would probably reach atleast 350-400 depending on what kind of tuning is done to the car.

I agree, assuming everything is tuned well... which it probably isn't. There are too many band-aids on that car to make me think that it is tuned well, and the timing is going to be hosed. I'm thinking more like 290 SAE corrected.

Yes, it is a T3 turbo fitted with a larger T4 compressor. In most cases, it is a cheapie ghetto turbo marketed to the Honda guys. However, good builders like BNR can put together a hybrid that works pretty well, especially for those on a tight budget. It is still not as efficient as a fully-matched T4.

Mhmm, Right now I'm jsut going off of what the guy I bought from a couple months ago has told me, I'm in the process of swapping out all the unfamiliar parts (Turbo, ECU, injectors...etc) with parts I'll be 100% familiar (as in know exactly what they are) with. Apparently the car was tuned approx 4 months b4 I bought it, And the A/F is always in good range wether full throttle or just cruisin. And just for the record, I'll just be running at 18 psi for the dyno, usually I keep it 10 or 15. By dyno time I'm hoping to get a FMIC and a new ECU at leasttttt.
