wow, is that for full coverage? Im paying about $590 a half year for my n/a, with comprehensive. full coverage would have been like $700. My insurance is State farm. Who do you have?

dude thats about right if you owe money on it the price will be quite a bit higher than the quote they gave you

Progressive: 1992 TII - $480/yr with homeowners & multicar discounts.

Partial full coverage. If I damage it, I pay for it. If they damage it, I'm covered for $8500 even if the other carrier only pays bluebook. If it's stolen, I'm covered for $8500.

It's only fair :)

My expirience with car color is they dont really care, its when you have Yellow or somehting exotic when they care, depends on insurance company.

An older car, 1987, will have a lower rate. I bet if you plugged in a 1991 rx7 your rate would be higher.

You gotta tell them t2 man.

im going to buy it cash so i wont be owing.....and i belive that its liability only....rememeber im in nj....the most densly populated state....oh yea....Allstate insurance....im gonna call progressive this week

i guess since you just got a quote you didn't have to give them the VIN #. but when you want to sign up, the VIN # will tell them that its a turbo and its red :) hehe

I pay $12 (thats twelve dollars) a month for my 1990 T2. Thats full coverage 100/300/100, towing, road side assistance, $0 deductible comprehnsive... but that is with home owners and multicar discounts on State Farm.

When I was 18 and got my T2, I paid $165/month for it... sucks ass, but you gotta do what you gotta do.
