well if you really must know. you get a the signal from i belive the primary coil's

the leading or trailing coils?

staticguitar313 01-08-07 01:08 AM

so let me get this straight, the stock one work, is relatively large and easy to see, and you want to bolt a huge gaudy tach on your dash with a shift light? you know you can get the light seperate right? why do you need a light to tell you when to shift? Go buy a honda, please, buy a car that needs a tach b/c it doesnt come with it. Do yourself a favor and stop watching F&F and grow up, we play with real sports cars here.

By the trailing coils you will see a one wire female connector, that is what you need to connect the tach to. I think the wire is yellow with a different color stripe going through it that i cant think of.

Just listen to the buzzer for chrissakes. The last thing you need to do is stare at a tach (no matter how huge it is) while racing.
