How do you replace the stock steering wheel
Does anyone know how to get the stock steering wheel off? I have a new steering wheel and momo hub but I can't get the stock one off.

1. Disconnect neg. battery cable
2. Rempve center cap (3 phillips hold it on) and disconnect horn plug 3. Losen the 21 mm spindle nut but leave on 4. Use metric wheel puller to spring the wheel from the spindle 5. You might be able to spring the wheel without the puller by giving a hard snap backward. If it has never been off you may not have too much luck doing it that way. |

"hell is other people"
Oh yeah! |
Alternativly back of the Nut abit, as Jason has said, grab the Wheel In a 3 o'clock 9 o'clock fashion and rock Ir back and forth.
I had your same dillema when I swapped In s5 TII Interior and than later, putting In my Momo Millenium Wheel. It's not the most effective way but for the most part It can be done. |
i think the stock leather wheel is sexy, why replace?

Sexy? You gotta be kidding... ;)
Once you've used a decent wheel like a Momo you never want to go back to stock. |
sorry, i think ill stay white

I figured out how to do it, thanks guys. I replaced the steering wheel with a Tenzo R tracer series wheel because I have two evolution type-r seats from Tenzo on order. Figured I should match the wheel with the seats. I'll post pics once the seats are in and put on
