How much would you pay?

Moderators, please do not move this, I am not actually trying to sell anything, just seeing how much it is worth.

How much would you all pay for a 1987 TII. It has 100k miles, but is not hurt! I am the second owner, bought it froma woman (first owner). She has owned it since new.

The paint is in poor conditon, but the car runs excellent! The interior is in great shape. No tears or fading. Has new Kenwood CD Player and Kenwood speakers. New tires. New clutch. FD fuel pump.

Only problems is that it floods, but a fuel pump kill switch has been installed.

SO my question is how much would you pay for it?

Well, if its flooding, i would probably run a comp test. If the compression is great (over 90 to me is great) i would probably spend around 2K for it max. If the compression is poor... probably no more than 1200 for it. I would have to see pictures of it and test drive it and shit first though. Why the hell youw ant to sell it anyways?

Got pics of the paint? not knowing what it looks like, I would offer $2500 (if I had it), but thats not seeing the paint.

If I were looking for a T2, I wouldn't mind the fuel problem cause I know that eventually 1 or more injectors would need replacing cause it leaks, and I know people who paint cars and would get a good deal on a paint job.

I will test compression soon, but it does have 3 loud "whooshes"

The Blue Book is about $2K even. You could probably sell it for parts and get this much. If I were you, I would just fix it up, as you are not going to be able to find another nice used sports car for less than it will cost you for repairs. Don't worry about the paint, they all look like that at this age. Yes, the interior looks better than average.

$2500 in current condition. $3200 with a very nice paintjob and verified compression.
