You just capped off anywhere from 15-30HP from whome you beleive. In any case your not helping your car at all.

The auxilary ports open up and allow additional air fuel mixture to flow to the engine. Its not an open close thing, it gradually opens up. Its a primative form or variable timing cam timing. Disabling it will reduce power and efficiency.

just do this to make things better until you get it fixed, wire them open with some zip ties or something. you will lose alot of power, make sure they are both open. unless you dont care about the top end. you lose little bit of low end, but its not to bad.

Can i plug the vacume end somewhere else?
Or if not, what the procidure/benifits of keeping the valves open all the time?

Anyone have a link to more info on that, I'D LOVE TO READ THAT

If you have a Racing Beat pre-silencer or other exhaust system that has the niple you hook it up there. But you should never wire them open your only lossing not gaining any power. Some people say that wiring them open will give you more power but that is illogical since they open anyway you only loose power in the lower RPM's.

Like NZ said FIX IT. YOur only hurting your car's power and probably making it easier for the sleeves to get stuck in there causing more problems.

Ok i read some info last night, apparantly some people hook the Vacume hose from the actuators to the hose that's coming off the ACV and goes to the silencer, and using the ball valve to control the pressure and opening cycle.

Will that work? How well?

Reason i don't want to fix the stupid split pipe because it well of the cat, and the cat's flange is gone, so i have to get another flange and then weld.......so it's more complicated then taping into Air Pump

Well your catalitic converter will get clogged without it aswell. Your only causing more and more problems by not having it on there. If you want to do an alternative way of actuating the ports thats fine but I would see it as more trouble than just putting the pipe on EVEn if you have to have it welded on. A shop will probably sharge you around 25 dollars for such a small job.
