How hard Is It to replace the Drivers side Engine Bay Harness?

Is their anything that should be noted when removing It? Tips?

The whole Harness got toasted!!! Just a short while ago, I had a spectacular light show In my Engine Bay. Luckily, the only thing needing to be replaced Is the Drivers Side Harness.

yeah, you have to remove the dash. It's going to be a PITA

Tony, call me. You have the number. I've done it before, it sucks. I can help you BUT I won't be available until the 30th or 31st.

The power harness or the main harness?

Believe me you are going to invent many new words. It sucks. Not fun in any way. I had to change mine out when I rebuilt the car and I never want to do it again.

Okay. To my understanding, It's like this;

The Harness that comes from the ECU and makes It's way through the PASSENGER SIDE Firewall, which supplies connections to the Fuel Injector's for example, Is called the Engine Harness.

The Harness that goes from the ECU, making It's way across the Firewall, behind the Dash, than going through the DRIVERSIDE Firewall, which supplies such connections to the Relays to the front of the Air Deflectors and Head Light's Is called the Front Harness.

Are these terms correct?

It seems my Dealer cannot find the Harness which comes out of the Driverside Firewall. He says a part number has to be created.

Can any one confirm these are the right Terms and provide this part number to this Harness ( Front Harness:confused:?
