How do you take off the darn windsheild wiper motor?!
I've remove the 4 bolts but i can't seem to seperate it from the firewall. What gives? What do i from here? Thanks!

you gotta take the bolts off the wiper spindles mounting brackets.. take off the covers for the cavity there. .. take off a nut the attaches the arm assembly to the motor (its on a spline, so just give it a wack) then fish it all out the driverside hole.

Thanks for the reply Vanquished! What do you mean to "take off the covers for the cavity there"? i can't seem to reach the nut behind the motor. i'm so frustrated!

From what I remember, just take off the four bolts that hold it to the firewall. It should then move around a little bit. Give it a good, solid pull to pop the motor off (The motor attatches to the wipers via a cup and ball connection. ie. the cup is on the motor, and it securely pops over the ball on wipers)
