i BOUGHT AN fC TURBO II (90) it had bad rt 1/4 panel damage with linke dto my problem.. so uhh how do you reset the bitch...

I am not sure what you are asking, but everything you always wanted to know is in the FSM (factory service manuals)

well when i saw the car.. i told him if he can start it .. he said no because the fuel cut-off switch turned on. because of the accident in the quater panel

It doesn't have one that I know of. only if the car flips over it stops fuel. and as soon as it's right side up again it should start.

Probably the AFM is damaged. The car will not start (or will start up then stall) if it is not properly plugged in or functional.
