How do I remove & replace the rear diff mounts?
 

I don't have a hydraulic press to press out the old mounts, and the FSM says to just hammer on the outer edge to get it out... that didn't work.

I can figure a way to get the new mounts in, thats not a problem.

I just need to know how to remove the old ones.

I removed a bunch of my bushings with a propane torch. You could try that, if you have some kind of torch handy.

I took it to a machine shop, its impossible to push in competition mounts with out a press... even then they said it was really difficult

how much they chargin i just got a small press from harbor freight for like 60.00 did it then returned it !

harbor freight it the shit, great prices and there workers are dumb and will take back anything

they originally quoted me $20 but it took two of them an hour, so they charged $50
