I believe:

There is a main mount that bolts to the frame of the car and along the centerline of the tranny (so - 5 bolts there). There are two rubber mounts that have 2 bolts each that are sandwiched between the main mount and the sides of the tranny. You need a floor jack to take the tension off the bolts and a good ratchet set.

Its relatively straight forward. It can be a tad bit tricky in the car, but nothing a little flexing cant solve.

Yeah and make sure if ya replace the two little ones,ya should replace the crossmember also it has the main trans mount and if the little one are bad it may be too,and it will wear the two little ones out faster if they have to do all the work.I think ya can get a new one for like 65bucks but it's been a while since I've priced one. Send me a PM and I'll email ya some pictures

You will have 7 bolts to loosen. 4 holding the crossmember to the body, 2 for the rubber things, and 1 for the Y shaped craddle. You need to get a jack to hold the rear of the tranny while you remove the corssmember. The only hard part is getting the right wrench to fit the nuts on the rubber blocks.

You will need, at the very least, 2 of these:

$23.76 at mazdatrix.com (I can't remember if that price is each, or for the pair)

You more than likely will need this as well:

$84.75 at mazdatrix.com

I changed these out in my car, for the first time, by myself. The only tip that can really help is keep in mind that the small mounts (first pic) can flex. I had one of the studs in place, but the other was extremely difficult to get into place, until I realized that I could shove the stud where I needed it to go (it's not one continuous stud all the way through the rubber block).
