How can I tell?
 

if my turbo is warn out how can I tell, will there be play in it? If so what else?...and also if my wastegate is stuck open how can I fix that. Im pretty sure is dosent boost at all, the motor has a little whine at high rpm's by itself, so I dont think its the wastegate. Thanks
