hesitating problem need help!!!

I have an 87 turbo II and just rebuilt the motor. The problem is is started to hesitate around 3800 rpm. I have been driving it for about a month and it did not hesitate, All of a sudden the other day it's hesitating and I am not able to bring the rpm above 3800 rpm. I would appreciate it if anyone had any idea on what it is and what i should do to fix it.

thanks Jayson

Grounding problem. There is a fix for it somewhere:) Try a search and maybe www.k2rd.com.

I thought that was only a n/a problem. but i'm confused, is the engine hesitating at 3800 rpms or refusing to go above 3800 rpms?

Hesitiating and refusing to rev over 3800 are two different problems. 3800 RPM is when your secondary injector take over. That being the case the problem is that the secondaries(furthest from the housings) are not coming on. Either due to them being clogged, or not seing a signal(more likely). Are they the correct impedance? Did you use the previously used/ succesful injectors?
There could be a number of reasons why they are not coming on, but as far as I am concerned it is deffinately a problem with the secondary fuel injectors. Knowing that, the solution should not be THAT hard to figure out. Do a search and dont stress, as it WILL be resolved.
Good Luck

I tried re-grounding the grounds at the ECU, at the Boost Sensor (by pasenger tower for n/a) and also added grounds from firewall to TB and from firewall to Upper Intake. After I had Fuel Injectors machined cleaned I thought the problem would have been solved. Alll It did was mildly calm down the hesitation but In cold weather the hesiation reaccured. I replaced the Boost Sensor with a brand new one. Problem solved. I know of others that were cured by running extra grounds like I did. I guess each car varies.
