If anything a coolant seal went.

Its idling to nice for it to be a bad rotor apex seal.

You oviously have no idea what an Apex seal is and what it's proper functions are..
I suggest you browse the forums on some basic parts of a Rotary engine..

You my friend have a busted coolent seal... Engine rebuild time.. :)
Check the FAQ for the coolent seal test..

the less you drive the better. bad seal could cause you to run low on coolant and overheat which is going to cause even more probs then the already bad coolant seal.

Looks to be the coolant seal, do you have to keep refilling your coolant every day or the "add coolant" light goes on when your driving? Oh yeah White Smoke-Coolant Seal, if you had a blown apex seal you'd feel a loss of power (big time), poor idle and other things. Oh yeah quit riding your clutch ;)
