help with wheel fitments

I currently own an 88' fc with 17x7.5 wheels but, id like to go big and not go home :icon_tup:

so ive been looking at a couple wheels such as the mb weapons and the mb battles, Im looking to go some where around 18x9-18.9.5 unless i can find some wheels that are 18x10-18x10.5, im kinda aiming for that hella flush look lol

i also am curently sitting on shocks and springs and welded knuckles and spindels

any who can i get some suggestions on fitments if they will or will not fit(talking about rubbing the fender, loosing angle, etc.), also in the near future i am purchasing a set of coilovers, thanks. :)

I think you'll need the coilovers first.

Your front shock/spring is going to force a fairly low offset to clear that fat front spring, which will limit the width of wheel/tire you can fit.
The smaller diameter coilover will allow a better width and fitment of such a large wheel.

Won't matter so much on the rear as clearance of the lower a-arm will be you limiting factor in either case.
