Help code 1 and code 2!
 

Here's how it all started. I was driving home on the highway and I felt that my 91 vert was loosing power, and the check engine light came on. I get off the high and go to a gas station to check everything out underneath the hood. Everything look alright so I kept driving, and at a stop sign all of the sudden the car just died.


Long story short it's at Rick's Rotary in CA right now and on the dianostic check a code 1 and code 2 came up.

Anyone have any sugestions to what could have cause these probelms?

Rick told me that the code one he has never seen before and it involes the ignition, and the code 2 is that the oxygen sensor isn't working.

check the FSM, it should tell what the codes mean

code 1 = ignition coil (trailing side)
code 2 = crank angle sensor
