help with clutch kit

I am on my way to do a 5ps swap. I am getting parts together and want your advice on some parts. Please keep in mind the ony mods I have are intake and full 2.5 exhaust. I am not an experienced manuel drive, I am learning in my mom cars as we speak. So I am looking for something streetable where you can still shift smooth for winter use, but also for something that will hold more abuse/ performance. Here is what I was looking at.

now besides the tranny and driveshaft. and pedals, what else should I be looking at getting along with one of the above clutch kits? What kit do you all recommend above?

this should answer most of your questions... i would buy it from mazdatrix or corksport to show some love to them for building all that shit for our old fc's anyway -- you probobly will just want an oem replacement if you still can't shift well as a stage 3 racing clutch will just make your car a bitch to drive unless you plan on drag racing everywhere you go -- dont forget pressure plate and flywheel as well...

those kits come with the pressure plate. Just nothe flywhee. Or am I mistaken?

What does everyone else think.

They will NOT come with a flywheel.

I say buy a Centerforce clutch from Corksport (or anywhere else, but I know the Corksport price = $296) and then a lightweight flywheel from Racing Beat. I have heard ok things about XTD though.

What kinda driving will be done? A daily driver?

i recommend the stock flywheel. its heavier so you'll have and easier time starting off. especially when starting off going up hill. if you want something more performance than get the steel flywheel rb offers. getting a stock flywheel will be alot less expensive. i have a s5 t2, s4 n/a and s5 n/a flywheels i'll sell you for 30 shipped.

yes it will be driven daily. But I did want something to hold up more than stock. I guess basically incase I shift wrong or something. Seeing that I am no pro yet :). I dont take it to the track, but every now and then I like ot get on it on the hight way or back roads.

try this place ive ordered part from them, very reasonable!!

Thank I will keep that mind. But I will prob still go with the EXED ones. they got all the parts except the flywhee. plus I have heard good stuff about them

I will however not go high on the stages. just stay with OEM replacemnt or STAGE 1.

Thanks.
