Has anyone here BUILT their OWN front chin spoiler?

Out of rubber or plastic or whatever...I seems simple enough. Just take the stock one off, measure it up against a big piece of rubber and cut your own thicker front bumper lip...just wanna know how it comes out. Anyone tried it and has something that looks COOL to show me?

Yeah ,mine turned out real good. better than stock even. just go to lowes/home depot or some general hardware store and find a 1-3inc h(depending on how much you want in the front)garden border. Cover it with vinyl to match your car, spend a day mounting it and presto. I know it sounds ghetto but it loooks good.

I've been thinking the same thing, however I'll be doing mine in fiberglass. However I won't be doing this till I find a job and get my car from PR......so its going to take a while :(

Another one we did on my friend les's honda. this one he used like a 3-5 inch garden border. way to big for our cars

Why don't you take some white plastic pickett fenceing. Wrap it on your bumper and you're white trash In 3 easy steps!

Actually that looks pretty good, beats spending about $500 on a MAZDA one...money better spent elsewhere like S-AFC or new Clutch! Is it easy to bend around the bumper corners? I'm gonna try this out this weekend!;)
