Had enough flooding questions yet?

1988 GXL
150,000 Miles stock
Only starts twice a day, once in the morning and then it will start one more time after it has been warmed up(most of the time).
Did the ATF trick (sorta I didn't have the fuel disconnected and the ATF was coming back out as fast as I put it in (should I try it again?)).
Pulling the EGI fuse only works once in awhile so most of the time I have to push start it.
I was told when I bought it that a "Mazda Dealer" said it was just a fuel sensor but I think that was some BS so I would take it.
Am I fucked?

Considered a anti-flood switch? do a search for flood adn switch and see if you find a thread where Ive replied, or if you can search for my username in replies. IF you dont find anything Ill tell you how,but I get tired of typing it out every week :-)

step 1 is to make sure you have no vacuum leaks
step 2. is to make sure you have fresh plugs and stuff, and you have to make sure they are good quality plugs. no autolites

do the fuel switch

I just did the fuel switch trick, works like a charm-my car wouldnt start right after it was warmed up, but I think I might have leaky injectors. Anyhow, hypnytz7 has a nice write up and it will work everytime, that is if it is flooding problems you are having

Rotary for life!

DO THE SWITCH!!! I used to own a honda and a VW, and I love my RX-7 and I think it was worth the trade of my CRX (KBB valued at 4250). I thank everyone for their help, but once again do the switch it works!
