Greddy TT Harness

I'm a bit confused hooking up the harness... I plugged all the plugs into the proper places, but there is a red and green wire with female connectors to them. It seems the green is for something to do with ignition? The red I have no idea... I got that off of the Japanese instructions from the box on the TT Harness... Can someone please help?

Are you getting the vehicle specific harness with it also?

Anyone else have this install harness?!

well if you got the car harness with it. there are a few big plugs... nothing loose

now on the TT itself. there are a few loose wires
one is for the speedo (god knows where that goes...I think mine was purple) and one for e-brake. (brown I think)

there might also be 1/2 that you don't hook up. I can't remember.

Infini, you don't need those green and red wires. All you need to do is plug the one end of the harness into the end of the turbotimer wire. Then, if you have the right harness, you'll have two split ends on the end of the harness and on each end there are two plugs a male and a female on each end. Go under your steering collum and take off that plasic cover where your knees sit sora when you're actually driving the car. When you get down there and look up you will see the same exact plug in in there, simply unplug that and plug in the ones corresponding to the plugs you just undid. Now all you have left is the plugs you originally unpluged and one side of that split on the harness. Simply then take the harness and plug it into the original wires you unpluged off the car together to the corresponding spots (pretty self explanitory from there, just look at the male or female ends). After that the harness is on and you're set. Just connect the ground on the timer to a good ground of coarse, and take the brown wire off the timer and splice it and then splice the ebrake wire under your plastic shifter cover and stuff, and attach the brown wire to the spliced ebrake wire. That's all you have to do. You can do the speedo if you want and all that jazz but i don't think it's worth it.

Good Luck
