87newbie 06-30-03 09:53 AM

its running, but been overheated. talked to the guys mother. she said he might drop the price. the guy will call me later today.

banzaitoyota 06-30-03 09:54 AM

On that note: 800 MAX

1987RX7guy 06-30-03 09:55 AM

If it was overheated that price is not looking good to me. Go and test drive it. Leave it at idle for a few minutes see if it idles wierd or sounds funny. Cheack how good the tranny is. If the engine is still ok and doesn't overheat maybe.

dole2000 06-30-03 10:02 AM

overheating is the begining of the end!!!!!

banzaitoyota 06-30-03 10:05 AM

Open the coolant cap and sart the car. Do you see bubbles?

Fingers 06-30-03 10:18 AM

$800 max, you're looking at an engine rebuild soon from what it sounds like.

87newbie 06-30-03 10:42 AM

what does overheating do to a rotary, im a noobie to them.

87newbie 06-30-03 01:02 PM

bump

banzaitoyota 06-30-03 01:04 PM

Blows the coolant seals on the housings

87newbie 07-01-03 02:32 PM

well, how about an 88 turbo with ac sunroof and cd, paper says it runs good for 3700 OBO. how good is this price and what should be a best offer?

banzaitoyota 07-01-03 02:42 PM

again depends on the condition of the engine and how well it runs
