Getting serious...need help..Haltech E8 TII swap want to be ready

First off, thanks for any help in advance.
I bought an 87 N/A about 3 months ago and i love the all around performance but I want more power so I started dropping some cash. So far I bought a Haltech E8 plug and play standalone specificly for an 86-88 rx, Haltech wideband kit, boost control solenoid and Im buying jkrueger's engine setup. Here's what he says he has...

Engine:
Newly rebuilt (not completely broke in yet). (new apex, side, and corner seals and springs. New oil seals and springs. New e-shaft, and rotor bearings.)
One new rotor housing and one good used rotor housing
Side irons were cleaned up and flattened by mazdatrix.
Street port
89 TII rotors
e-shaft oil jet mod, e-shaft thermo plug mod
Racing beat 80 psi oil regulator
1000cc RC engineering secondary injectors
Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator
Parallel fuel rail set-up, SS fuel lines w/ AN fittings
Runs with pre-mix, all emissions removed
Mazda speed engine mounts
Cartech front mount intercooler with mister, BOV
Racing Beat 3” down pipe and 2.5” dual exhaust
K&N air filter
ACT Pro lite flywheel, street strip disc and HD pressure plate

Transmission:
Stock 87 Turbo 5 speed.
Mazdatrix short shifter

Turbo:
Stock S4
Rebuilt by Majestic Turbo. The did a fin mod to help it spool up faster.

Im very new to this and this is going to be the first serious project I ever took on.
He says he has the stock ECU running the igntion and a standalone (I think a megasquirt) running the fuel injection. Which is why I went ahead and bought the Haltech to hopefully get it right the first time.

Does anyone know the first steps I should take or maybe some basics to get me going. What can I expect? Is it probable that when I install and hook everything up that in my perfect world it's going to be good-enough to go and be fine tuned?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, does anyone know how much HP I can expect to squeeze out of this engine. He claims his dyno run before the rebuild was 275HP with his setup. Should I expect more with a standalone? Just trying to get prepared. Im feeling pretty anxious to start boostin....

Also, anyone know of any rotary tuners/specialist/clubs in the houston area.

No such thing.
The Haltech E8 itself is a "universal" EMS unit.
Did you buy the plug&play wiring harness kit?
Who told you it was specifically for the Zenki FC?

Not possible with a "stock turbo".
