getting Crankcase/Evap emissions done

OK,
I'm "almost" done my damn turbo conversion. I am trying to retain my Evap/Purge valve stuff so I don't have to get a catch can.

I am removing my Vac Rack stuff except the FPR Solenoid for hotstarts.

So far from what I under stand from the FSM

There are 4 compnoents in the Purge valve/Evap emissions thing.

1. Purge Control Valve(PCV)
2.Check Valve
3.Charcoal Canister
4. Cut Valve

Now The Purge Valve has 3 openings.
One big one which is suppose to go to the Oil Filler tube(or is it the bottom tube on iron??).

Then 2 smaller Vac lines which go to the front of the UIM.

The FSM says that under idle loads the PCV is open a small amount and allows some vapors to enter the UIM.

Then under load it opens up more. I am guessing that both of the small Vac lines are the points where the gases enter right? This meaning something other than silicone should be used?

Then there is the Check Valve. It's a one way valve which is on the TID. The part that is confusing me is that the valve sucks air instead of allowing air to go into the TID(meaning it takes from the TID)

Does that mean it takes fresh air from this point under vacuum conditions for the crankcase?

Also what part connects to the tube at the bottom of the Oil tube?(is about and inch off of iron).

Is that the tube for the Canister line?

Hmm once I get home I'll check on some stuff.
