Is this a genuine HKS intercooler?

I stopped by a scrap yard and saw a wrecked Eclipse with no front bumper. My keen saw saw what looks like an HKS intercooler. I would like to know if genuine HKS intercoolers have the HKS logo written large in black on the intercooler and if there is supposed to be some sort of barnd or tag on it stating that it is indeed made by HKS.

I would say that even if it's not a genuine HKS intercooler, picking up a good size aftermarket IC for a good price at the junkyard is worth the gamble.

hks sometimes has blue behind it ,,,look at the car is it all riced out ,,is there anything else of value???or does everything look cheap????

Do they stamp it or have a badge or some kind of a label somewhere?

The guy is asking $200 CDN ($180US), so it is not exactly cheap. Unless it is genuine...

Most decently sized Ebay cores go for that or more. If it is of nice size + condition, then pick it up..If it's HKS, thats just a plus.

What was stupid about what I said? I said the exact same thing you did.
