JDM swap and omp/knock sensor

I have an American spec turbo harness I am trying to wire up to the engine. A couple connectors were cut and I am not certain what to do with them. One is to a knock sensor, which I don't currently have.

Is the knock sensor necessary for operation?

Another wire is labeled "MOP", but this is a single wire.

Is there any connection for the oil metering pump that is just a single wire?

Thanks.

Is this an S4 or S5?

The knock sensor isn't necessary. You can skip it.

Doesn't the MOP/OMP have multiple wires running to it? Figure out if the plug is missing a wire & compare the colors with what the S5 wiring diagrams show.
