Fuel Pressure Regulator Question..?

I have a Mallory fuel pressure regulator that I bought to use on a Weber Blow Thru set-up. It has the nipple to reference boost or vaccum and add fuel under boost...

My question is this... Am I able to use the same regulator for a N/A carb set-up..? Thanks.
