Fuel Pressure Regulator

Is there anyone out there that has a fuel pressure regulator on the n/a or turbo?

If so, benefits? Problems?

mm.. they come stock with a fuel pressure regulator.. it bleeds off the excess pressure from the fuel pump. It's located on the front of the secondary fuel rail.. It looks like a little....hat...type thing...sorta.. has a fuel hose coming straight down out of it.

Can someone take a pic of one? If it is even remotely GM style, you can make it adjustable for <$10, I'd be glad to say how...
