Fuel injector problem?
 

Hey guys so I got a 86 S4 FC3S.
Heres the problem:
I flooded the engine and did an ATF treatment, like it should started right up, let the car cool down, etc etc.
But as I was driving home I noticed that the amount of power I had wasn't like before..... It felt different... the RPM's get boggy at 3.5k-5k... It just felt strange...
And on the way home, the car died on me when I was at a complete stop and gassed my way onto 1st gear, let the clutch out, it died...
So I have read some problems similar to this, And was ultimately wondering if anyone can give me some pointers on what exactly is going on?
Are the fuel injectors bad? If so which injectors would I need?

In my experience a serious flooding will mess up the plugs. The car will be down on power and more prone to flood again. I recommend you replace them. Cleaning them doesn't usually do the job.

If you did the Atf trick and had the plugs in when the Housings were full of ATF then the plugs would have a tendency to foul.
I personally change the Plugs right out to a "fresh set" if the car floods.I don't put in the set that was in the car when it floods.I got like 10 sets of plugs in my Box,so I just grab another set and I am gone.
When doing the ATF trick,there is another Trick.put the ATF in the housings,but roll the engine over with Plugs OUT.
Any excess fuel will come out of the housings via the exhaust and the spark plug holes.I roll the engine over about 5 seconds after "injecting" ATF( my favorite is just plain old Motor oil,it doesn't hurt anything).This allows the Atf to Grab the Fuel and expel it,But at the same time it "builds compression",Which is what the Jist of doing the ATF trick is supposed to do.
NOTE: the Downside of dong the ATF trick is that any carbon build up that has accumulated in the engine may get "eaten" by the ATF..
may sound like a Good thing,BUT what if that Carbon build up is actually helping the engine maintain it's Compression??.
There goes the Smooth running engine,and you are now faced with something you may not like.(rebuild).

OH!,You may also want to check the injectors and connectors.Maybe swap the injectors out or Get them cleaned( cost to clean is about 100 bucks for all 4 from your door and return..Witch-hunter or Injector-rehab)
These cars have a tendency to acquire sticky injectors.and teh 20 year old connectors don't help the Engine to run smoothly either...Cheers STYX.

WEll Yeah I replaced my plugs, they didnt look foul at all... By any chance are the fuel injectors bad? How can I tell if they are..?

The only way to be completely sure if your injectors are messed up is to remove them and send them off somewhere

Install fuel pressure gauge build pressure then crimp the fuel lines. If pressure drops then you have a leaking injector, pd or regulator.

My spark plugs are new. just bought NGK...
So im probably going to see how the fuel injectors go and install a gauge on and see from there.
