Fuel cut i THINK (please help identify!)

OK--

N333 S4 T2 ECU, zero emissions, no fuel cut defender, 6 pounds of boost, S5 (dual wastegate flapper) turbo, 8.5 rotors, pineapple street port. 550's all around, 255 fuel pump w/ mallory 4305M boost compensating FPR set to 30 @idle when hooked up to vac (rear primary runner). Everything is installed in an '85.

In 4th, around the higher end, say >5K, I get a hesitation for a split second. I have a wideband & a boost gauge, gauge reads 6psi, and at that moment the wideband goes to 12 to 13 AFR. It's an older (2004 LM1 by innovate) unit, so I don't know what it's response time is. I'm not datalogging, hell that would probably help a bunch in this case come to think of it.

Primary injectors flow tested & cleaned, secondary's unknown. Just fishing for input on what I can do/what this could be. I have a fuel cut defender (or as I've always known them to be, motor blower) I'm kinda thinking of giving it a go.

Anyway, any theories from the more knowledgeable would be AWESOME :D

You guys rule-- I must thank everyone in advance for always helping w/ my stupid problems hahaha

Cheers!

i think you're probably right. i'd either find a way to lower boost, or buy an FCD, or unplug the boost sensor and see if it changes.

Thanks J9 as always!

Update: I watched boost gauge during event, it creeps. Mystery over

Don't you have a S4 RTEK 2.0 somewhere dude? That would be a better idea than a FCD or some piggyback nonsense.
Let me know if you need a hand getting a Palm PDA up and running to tune it.

:)
