front wheel f**ked
its a 10th ae when i got it ,the front wheel was cambered in so much that the tire was acually rubbing on the bottom of the spring pirtch....ball joint was shot so i put a new one on but the camber is the same still....cant find a way to adjust it at all thinking that their the wrong shocks on it but the pass side is fine.. maybe somethings bent what you think
are the two bolts to the strut the proper size? it could have a cam bolt that loosened and allowd the wheel to fold under.
You can try to align it , but bring the car to a shop.
ok ill check to see if it has camber bolts in it thanks im just tryn for a quik fix right now cause im completly redoin everything just the parts wont be here for like 2weeks so it looks like im just gonna have to wait
Have a close look at the strut. The lower mounts may be bent like this:
http://www.sportcompactcarweb.com/pr.../photo_08.html That'll cause the excess camber and the rubbing problem. If that is the case then the only real solution is to replace it. |
try removing and rotating the top hat, remove the four bolts on top and rotate around, it might fix your camber problem
