Search for the FEED lip, or the MazdaSpeed Lip.

www.corksport.com has them I think.

Pyrocloud 02-26-04 06:19 PM

What about getting a stock one?

Also, what is the name for the plastic surround that goes between the fender and the front bumper cover?

And does anyone know the part #'s for this stuff, I looked through the FSM but couldn't find it.

Where do you go to get this stuff other than the dealer?

xmotocrossx04 02-26-04 07:40 PM

Hey I found a good one after a little searching and the price is right here you go guys. http://www.demonspeed.com/splitter2.htm

Madrx7racer 02-26-04 07:45 PM

someone said not to buy from them..............I don't remember why, but I think you guys should check into that before you spend your money.

xmotocrossx04 02-26-04 07:48 PM

Really?? what was the reason? yeah I would love to know if someone has a bad report from this place.

ultradef 02-26-04 08:06 PM

Apparently a lot of people have had problems getting products from Demonspeed in a timely manner. I've heard people recommend that you order C.O.D. if you buy from them. Personally, I've never dealt with them, this is just what I remember reading on other threads in the past.

Gene 02-26-04 10:23 PM

Demonspeed is a fucking crook, don't buy from him COD or not.

Project84 02-26-04 10:59 PM

Hey relisys190,

is there any proven performance to be gained with these or are they just for looks?

here is a stock lip extended using mounts that are 5 mm or so back to make it extend outwards.

Project84,

Regarding aerodynamic stability from our lip spoilers... Mazsport has designed these lip spoilers to increase the frontal opening on the FC Rx-7's. We have used these lip spoilers on ALL of our SCCA race cars from Sebring international raceway and Daytona International Raceway.

They have been tested and proven themselves again and again..
These spoilers have been bolted to the front of our cars on the race track at just over 160 MPH. and they've stayed bolted on.

Mazsport has a little over 10 years racing, tuning, building engines and winning races. This is not just some spoiler that looks "cool".

Since we started selling these alittle over 3 months ago they have sold like CRAZY!. unfourtunatly i cannot discuss any further over the forum because Mazsport is not yet a paying member to be able to advertise.

So if you are interested in our lip spoilers we offer for either 86-88 cars OR 89-91 cars (yes the bumper design is different in many ways) Please contact me via E-mail at Mazsportparts@hotmail.com

I will do my best to answer questions or debate comments regarding our race proven Front Lip Splitters.

Thank you gentlemen,
