Didn't get a chance to tune it since i had a VERY bad fuel problem that took me a little while to figure out once I hit the top end. Also only got 1 or 2 full pulls because of that same problem.
But yah, new rebuild, dynoed it today and made 222rwhp and 196rwtq with the haltech showing a max boost level of just under 5psi on a stocker turbo. I was fairly happy with that. Can't wait to see what happens when I turn my EBC on and up the boost just a little, which should also fix my massive lean problem at 6500rpm up.
Judging by my power band, I should be able to get even more out of it up higher without really increasing the boost too much, as the graph was still trending upwards when the massive lean condition happened.
So thanks to everyone again that helped me answer questions to get this thing running and back on the road!

What's your full mod list?
Those are indeed some very pretty numbers. What ports do you have? Wouldn't happen to have a graph either would you...I'd like to see how the power band looks. Once again very impressive numbers!

Torque was pretty flat, and it had a lot better "low" end then I expected it to. There's A LOT of tuning that can be done to the A/F that should net me more down-low, as well as up-high.
And yah, this stand-alone is nice! Especially since it hasn't been tuned for my car yet. I just used someone else's map as a start, and since I didn't get many full pulls I didn't do any tuning yet.
Mods:
Walbro 255 fuel pump
Downpipe, RP 55 Exhaust, no cats
Emissions removal
Koyo radiator
Haltech E6K
S4 irons, street port done by me and my buddy
FD housings with mild clean-up done on exhaust port
S5 turbo
S4 NA rotors
Greddy EBC (wasn't on for dyno)
Cleaned stock 550cc injectors
700miles on rebuild
That's all I can think of right now
On the dyno, my secondaries shut off at about 6,000rpm, so when I fix that I should have some more top-end. And also when I start running more than 5psi it'll be interesting to see what comes of it

The haltech has the secondaries staged to come on at about 1.5-2psi. Turns out at about 6,000rpm and up, the reading the haltech gets was dropping below that point so it was shutting the secondaries down.
So, I think 1 of 2 things is probably happening. 1, my turbo is getting worn out and can't maintain boost. 2, which I think may be more likely, at higher RPM my engine/ports/rotors may be out-flowing the turbo, at least without the aid of my EBC.
I'm going to turn the EBC back on and up the boost a little, as well as see if I can keep the wastegate closed enough to maintain higher pressure up at those RPMs so those secondaries stay on.
Needless to say, it was a pretty scary experience watching the A/F all of the sudden run WAY lean at the top of the run!

Wow that's pretty awesome I think with more boost you will see good gains. I dynoed with just RB exhaust on an s4 stock engine at 215rwhp corrected. That's hitting something like 10-11 psi for peak power. Actual was 175tq/175hp at 5300ft. After running for a few years my injectors leak now, probably from over use. Just from reading and talking on the board it seems that you woul definitely want to get some bigger injectors at least on the secondaries if you have a street port and then plan to run more than stock boost especially if you are already running pretty lean in some places. I love to hear good things about how well standalones can do.
