free sleepy eye conversion

alright guys just like it says to day i acadently found out how to make free sleepy eyed conversion for your fc.

step 1. open the hood and go to the fuse box located on the driver side the little small one with egi headlamp and "Retractor"

notes on"how it works". there are 2 diffrent fuses for your head lights theres the headlamp 30 amp and then there is a Retractor 30 amp. the retractor is what moves the actual head light and the headlamp is what turns it on.

step 2. turn on headlights at this time the headlights will turn on like normal and pop up. this is the tricky part. but not really. it took me like 2 times to figure out when i need to do it. you are going to pull out the Retractor 30 amp fuse when you are in the middle of turning off the head lights this will lock the headlights in the position of the head lights that give you the look of the sleepy eyes.

note. if you ever want to return it to normal just put the 30amp fuse back in the Retractor spot and it functions like normal. if you have any questions i will respond to any pm. or leave a comment and i will get back to you as soon as posable.

note. im not reliable if you mess up your headlights or get in any wrecks or acadents. thanks
marshall

Um. All 'sleepy eyes looks stupid/ricey' comments aside- wouldn't it just be far smarter/less troublesome to just use the manual-raise knobs to raise the lights instead of trying to pull a fuse in the middle of the lights going up or down?

I like the 8 piston on comment in your signature.

okay I am gonna close this thread for the following reasons:

#1 if you want the sleepy eye/broken headlight look on your FC, then you simply unplug the headlight motor and use the manual knob to raise and lower the headlights. This is found under the car under each headlight motor. Pulling a fuse at the split second that you want to stop the headlight motor from moving is neither safe nor easy.

Heck if you wanted to do it right, you would just get new motor rods that were shorter and then the headlights would work as normal except only go half way up.

#2 This thread will get flamed by the people that think the sleepy eye/ broken headlights look like crap.

#3 This subject has been covered to death in multiple threads and even archived threads.

So thank you for posting this info, but your suggestion is the wrong approach.
