Not really, whenever you fix rust on a car it will come back (well almost always). Structural rust is dangerous to have as it will affect the performance of the car in a crash, and it can affect the suspension. If it gets into the strut towers then your struts/springs could break through the strut towers. Basically the only way to "fix" your problem is to turn it into a SEP. Someone Else's Problem (ie sell it and get another car). I know it's not the best thing to do, but it's easier to prevent rust than to try and reverse it.

my vert is getting the interior stripped while its in storage this winter. I am going to hit all the rust with naval jelly. And weld in some new floor panels.
