FPR question

Vacuum = reduced fuel pressure
No vacuum = full pressure

Is this right?

Oh, don't bother telling me about the FP solenoid, it's not there. I don't mind running real rich at low RPM, just want to confirm which condition cuases the FPR to go to full pressure

I just wanted to be sure.. Runs awfully rich at low RPM, but that makes sense if I've got it blocked :)
