fixed electrical issue but still a no start situation...?

i had a problem with the battery getting drained while trying to start my car. before this problem, the car would not start. i fixed the draining issue (bad starter) but still the car will not start. i am getting fuel because there is white smoke settling in the exhaust pipe after i try to start it. i am getting spark. the timing is TDC and all of the relays, resistors, and sensors are within specs.

if the spark plugs are fouled, will they still produce any type of spark?

between fuel, spark, and timing..........this thing should at least act like it wants to start. after i pull out the plugs, they look like they are not even trying to fire. they are new.

what are all of the problems that this could be?

i am taking a pole:

how many people think that my spark plug wires are fried? put Y if you think yes and put N if you think no.

well, its not the wires.

how do i know that my plugs are fouled?

i deflooded the engine completely and sprayed brake cleaner on the plugs and lit them on fire to dry them out. after that, i put everything back together and tried to start it. it acted like it wanted to fire up then just turned and turned and turned. sign of fouled plugs? the plugs are new.....can they still be fouled out?

If you try to start it and it doesn't..Are the plugs wet when you take them out???

i put in new plugs and it seemed to help. it will start, but it will take some messin around with. once it gets started, it runs very very rich. what would cause it to run very very rich all the time?

not having the correct boost/pressure sensor- would this cause it to run extremely rich to where i cant even start the car?
