Fitting Ground Control Coilovers with Camber Plates.

I am trying to install my GC coilovers and SDJ Motorsports Camber plates.

The camber plates are “universal”. I believe I am lacking some of the necessary hardware but I am trying to make this work.

Problem:
How do I secure the upper spring perch? If I leave it like it is, the perch will scrape on the bearing casing when I turn the wheel. Plus, when I add camber, the perch and the bearing casing will not be parallel with each other.

How do these systems usually fit together? Am I missing something?

I was thinking about making a bushing so the load from the perch is placed on the bearing (a.k.a pillow-ball). Like this
Does this make sense?

Or should I get a thrust bearing for the spring perch so it can rest on the bearing case? Like this

How is it typically done? I’m lost.
